This formula is built for those pushing extremes. It’s not just “support” in name – the blend is aimed at buffering stress on the liver, kidneys, and cardiovascular system where cycles or heavy protocols put extra load.

I like how Strom didn’t just dump mega doses across the board. They’ve picked ingredients that are meaningful (NAC, CoQ10, TUDCA) and stacked in supporting cofactors (selenium, magnesium, bergamot).

I’d take 4 capsules spread across the day (with meals), and continue use in transition phases to help mitigate rebound stress.

As a male that is utilising TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) – this unfortunately has to be a daily essential for me – to ensure the vital organs get the help they need processing exogenous testosterone.

Who it’s for:

Athletes doing cycles/PED use or on prescribed TRT, who want to protect internal organs.

People under heavy metabolic / chemical stress.

Lifters who suspect their liver or cardiovascular system is being taxed.

Anyone wanting a more serious organ-support stack, not just generic ‘detox’ blends.

What it does:

Supports detoxification pathways (via NAC, TUDCA)

Delivers antioxidants and redox support (via CoQ10, NAC, selenium)

Helps maintain normal liver enzyme levels under strain.

Supports cardiovascular health (via CoQ10, selenium, hawthorn)

Provides cofactors and minerals that are commonly depleted under stress

How I would use it:

Take 4 capsules daily, spread throughout the day (with food). Use during cycles or on TRT, but also through transition and ‘off’ phases as a buffer. Stay consistent, and monitor markers (liver enzymes, lipids, oxidative stress) if possible.

The Science:

NAC & Liver / Detox Function

In NAFLD patients, NAC supplementation improved liver enzyme markers (ALT, AST) and other parameters. This supports NAC’s role in enhancing antioxidant capacity, supporting glutathione synthesis, and ameliorating oxidative stress in liver tissue.

CoQ10 & Cardiovascular / Organ Function

CoQ10 supplementation has been associated with improved mitochondrial function, reduced oxidative stress, and supportive outcomes in conditions like heart failure, hypertension, and endothelial dysfunction. This supports the idea that CoQ10 helps to maintain healthy cardiovascular and organ function under stress.
