If you’re serious about strength training, especially on pull days, lifting grips can make a big difference.
Rows, pulldowns, RDLs and deadlifts all demand a strong grip, but your forearms often give out before your back or hamstrings do. That means you stop your set short, not because the big muscles are finished, but because your grip is.
That’s where these grips come in. The rubber paddles lock onto the bar, taking some of the load off your hands and forearms, so you can really target the muscles you’re trying to train.
They also protect your palms from calluses and reduce wrist strain, which is a bonus if you’re lifting heavy or training consistently.

Who are they for:
Anyone struggling with grip strength holding back their lifts.
Lifters who want to push harder on rows, pulldowns, RDLs and deadlifts.
People training for muscle growth or strength who don’t want grip fatigue cutting sets short.
Lifters who hate the palaver of traditional wrap-around lifting straps.
How would I use them?
I’d save them specifically for pulling exercises, but not everything in your session. Use them on your heavy top sets or back-off sets where you want to fully fatigue the target muscle without worrying about your grip giving up first.
Don’t rely on them for all sets though, you still want to develop a strong grip over time!
They’re simple to use, quick to wrap and release, and will last you for years if you look after them.
