Supplement Needs Alpha GPC
(60 capsules)

£19.95

Supplement Needs Alpha GPC is a single-ingredient nootropic supplement designed to support focus, concentration and cognitive performance.

Unlike many ‘brain formulas’ that combine numerous ingredients into proprietary blends, this product keeps things simple and fully transparent.

Each serving provides 600mg of Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha GPC), yielding 300mg of active Alpha GPC.

Alpha GPC is a highly bioavailable source of choline, a nutrient required for the production of acetylcholine, one of the brain’s key neurotransmitters involved in learning, memory, focus and concentration. It is commonly used on its own or stacked with other nootropics.

I love Alpha GPC!

Alpha GPC is one of those ingredients that has quietly built a very good reputation over the years.

If somebody asked me for a supplement to help improve focus, concentration and mental clarity, Alpha GPC would definitely be one of the ingredients I’d be looking at.

What I really like about this product is its simplicity. There are no proprietary blends, no unnecessary fillers and no under-dosed ingredient list. You know exactly what you’re getting and exactly how much you’re getting.

The reason Alpha GPC has become so popular is because it’s a highly bioavailable source of choline. Choline is used by the body to produce acetylcholine, one of the neurotransmitters involved in attention, learning and memory.

If you’re someone who spends long periods studying, working, writing, creating content or simply needs to stay mentally switched on, it is definitely worth considering.

I personally see this as more of a productivity supplement than a brain booster. It’s not designed to make you feel wired or overstimulated. Instead, many people report feeling a little sharper, a little more focused and able to concentrate for longer.

It’s also a supplement that stacks well with caffeine. Used together, many people find they complement each other nicely, particularly when tackling mentally demanding work.

As with any nootropic, don’t expect miracles overnight. Some people notice the effects more than others, but if your goal is improving focus and concentration, Alpha GPC is certainly one of the better-researched ingredients available.

NB: On the rare occasion I use Modafinil (prescribed) – the combo of Modafinil and Alpha GPC takes productivity levels to a different stratosphere!
