Why I Offer Consultations

 

A friend of mine, a lawyer who’s competed in sport his whole adult life – said something to me recently that really struck a chord.


He said, “I haven’t got a clue about supplementation.”

Here’s a smart, educated man who’s spent decades looking after his body and performing at a high level, and even he felt lost when it came to understanding supplements.

It made me realise that if he doesn’t know, most people probably don’t – and that’s exactly what I want to address with VITALISE.

My goal is to help people separate fact from fiction and understand what might (or might not) genuinely support their health, performance, and recovery.

I don’t profess to have all the answers – far from it – but I do know more than most.

We’ll talk through your current routine, your goals, and what you’re currently doing in terms of training, nutrition, recovery, and supplements (if any).

 

From there, I’ll offer honest, practical advice on what could complement your existing approach. Sometimes that means identifying supplements that might genuinely help; other times, it’s about highlighting where you can improve your diet or lifestyle before adding anything else.
