How I would use it:
So it’s important to say, there are definitely PRO’S and CON’S to these bars…
The PRO’S are they taste great, they help you hit your protein targets, and they are great for quashing any sugary cravings you might get throughout the day.
The CON’S are they consist of a lot of ingredients… they contain lots of additives, sweeteners, flavourings and preservatives, so if gut health features high on your list of priorities, then you might want to get that protein from a cleaner source.
Me personally, I’ll have one as a treat from time to time, I would never build it into my day, but if I was in a petrol station and I was behind on my food intake, it would be a great ‘grab-and-go’ option. Also great if you’re travelling.
