Well, NutriDyn certainly broke the mould when it comes to antioxidants with this ‘Fruits & Greens’ product. Historically all ‘greens’ drinks taste absolutely rank, to the point where even though athletes knew how important they were, they couldn’t get past the taste, and therefore went without.

This formula doesn’t just taste ok… it actually tastes great! My personal favourites are Berry and Strawberry/Kiwi, as I like to mix it with sugar-free apple & blackcurrant cordial, glutamine and electrolytes for my 1st drink of the day.

I’ve been using this product for at least 3 years now… daily, without fail – and I can honestly say, that other than a few bouts of Covid, I haven’t had a common cold since. Whilst you should aim to be getting lots of fruit and veg in your every day dietary intake, there’ll be so many boxes you’re not covering – with ‘Fruits & Greens’ you’ve got all angles covered. Immune system defence at its best!

Who it’s for:

Anyone who struggles to hit daily fruit and veggie goals, wants a digestive boost, or needs immune and antioxidant support. Great for busy professionals, individuals conscious about their general health, parents, or kids. Basically everyone!

What it does:

Packed with nutrient-dense whole‑food concentrates, this mix offers antioxidant support equal to 20+ servings of produce, helps digestion with enzymes and probiotics, aids gentle detox and alkalising, and gives a natural energy lift – without sugar or caffeine.

How I would use it:

I’d stir one scoop into 250 ml water once daily – or drop into a smoothie, juice, or yogurt. I like to use it first thing in the morning or after lunch to avoid the mid‑day slump. For kids, pick fruity flavours like berry or strawberry‑kiwi mixed in yoghurt!

The Science

Potential of Chlorella as a Dietary Supplement to Promote Human Health: Evidence from Clinical and Animal Studies

Study: A scientific review evaluating a range of human and animal studies on the effects of Chlorella supplementation, including cardiovascular, detoxification, and antioxidant outcomes.

Nutrients Journal, published via the National Institutes of Health (NIH) (2020)

Chlorella was shown to significantly reduce blood pressure, improve lipid profiles, enhance antioxidant capacity, and support detoxification. Its inclusion in Fruits & Greens offers a powerful wholefood ingredient that supports heart health, immunity, and overall cellular protection.

The Nutritional Efficacy of Chlorella Supplementation Depends on the Individual Intestinal Environment

Study: A double-blind, placebo-controlled human trial investigating how Chlorella affects blood folate levels and gut-derived metabolites in individuals with different microbiome profiles.

Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio) (2021)

Chlorella improved folate status and beneficial gut metabolites in individuals with certain microbiome patterns. This supports the use of Fruits & Greens for personalised gut support and micronutrient absorption, especially when combined with probiotics and digestive enzymes.
