How I would use it:

 

Per4M doing what they do best… taking a run-of-the-mill product and smashing a ridiculous amount of tasty flavours out of the park!

 

In fairness, there’s nothing technical about making a hydration drink, just get the right minerals in the mix, at the right amounts, that’s all there is – but making it taste good… well that’s a different challenge altogether. Per4M are definitely king of the flavour game!

 

I typically mix one scoop (7g) with 400ml of water during or after my workout. If I’m sweating heavily or exercising in hot conditions, I use a whole scoop. For milder conditions, half a scoop suffices. The compact size makes it easy to carry, and the refreshing flavours make it a treat to look forward to during your training.
