When it comes to fertility, there’s a lot of noise out there – quick fixes, miracle supplements, and unrealistic promises. What I like about Fertility+ is that it’s built on solid fundamentals. It focuses on naturally restoring the basics first – proper nutrition, key micronutrients, antioxidant protection, and hormonal balance – rather than trying to shortcut the process. It’s a formula that complements lifestyle changes, not replaces them.
Who it’s for:
Women preparing to conceive or supporting fertility alongside a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Those who want a high-quality multi-nutrient formula tailored to female fertility rather than a generic supplement.
Anyone aiming to optimise egg health, micronutrient status and reproductive support in the 30’s, 40’s or beyond.
What it does:
Delivers 13 vitamins (including full B-complex, folate, B12), 9 minerals (zinc, selenium, iodine, chromium etc) and 5 targeted nutrients (Royal Jelly, NAC, CurcuPrime®, CoQ10, Choline) at efficacious doses according to the label.
Supports fertility and reproduction (for example zinc contributes to normal fertility & reproduction) as stated by the manufacturer.
Targets micronutrient sufficiency, antioxidant support, egg and reproductive health rather than “one-magic-pill” approach.
How I’d use it (If I was female):
Take 3 capsules daily on waking, preferably before a meal.
Use as part of a pre-conception or fertility support protocol alongside a protein-rich diet, sleep, strength training, stress management, daily movement and ideally tracking cycle/ovulation.
Commit for at least 3-6 months, especially if you’re trying to conceive, to correct micronutrient status and support reproductive health.
The Science:
Coenzyme Q10 pretreatment and ovarian response (RCT)
Study: Randomised controlled trial in young women with diminished ovarian reserve undergoing IVF/ICSI; CoQ10 pretreatment improved ovarian response and embryological parameters.
Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology, 2018
https://rbej.biomedcentral.
Supports CoQ10 for improving oocyte/embryo metrics in low-reserve patients, aligning with Fertility+ including CoQ10.
Does CoQ10 supplementation improve fertility outcomes? (Systematic review & meta-analysis)
Study: Meta-analysis of RCTs in women undergoing ART; CoQ10 increased clinical pregnancy rates versus control.
Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, 2020
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
CoQ10 is associated with better clinical pregnancy outcomes in ART, further supporting its role in fertility protocols.
