I have utilised VelosiWhey on a number of occasions in the past when I’ve needed to tidy things up a bit. Quite often in the Winter I’ll add in a few more processed foods to enable me to hit a higher calorie intake, and then come the Spring/Summer I cut out the processed foods and clean everything up.

What it does:

How I would use it:

To determine whether combining an amylopectin–chromium complex with a low dose of whey protein increases muscle protein synthesis (MPS) in humans. Randomised, double-blind, crossover design. Participants consumed 6g whey protein with or without 2g amylopectin-chromium complex. MPS was measured using tracer techniques in fasted healthy men.
