Marchon Pre-Workout is an all-in-one pre-training formula designed to support strength, power, focus, energy, blood flow and performance.
Unlike many pre-workouts that rely almost entirely on stimulants, Marchon have built this formula around several clinically dosed performance ingredients including Citrulline Malate, Creatine Monohydrate, BetaPower® Betaine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine and Cognizin® Citicoline. The caffeine is there, but it most definitely isn’t the whole story.
This is designed for gym users, strength athletes, Hyrox/Crossfit competitors, team sport athletes and anyone looking to maximise the quality of their training sessions.

I really like this product because it doesn’t fall into the trap that a lot of modern pre-workouts do.
Too many companies simply keep pushing caffeine higher and higher, hoping people mistake stimulation for performance. You feel like you’ve had an electric shock, your ears are ringing, your heart is pounding, and somehow that’s supposed to mean it’s a better product.
Marchon have taken a different, and in my eyes, much smarter approach.
Yes, there’s a meaningful caffeine dose in here at 310mg, so you’ll definitely know you’ve taken it. But what I like is that the formula isn’t dependent on caffeine alone. You’ve got clinically relevant doses of Citrulline Malate, Creatine, Betaine, Tyrosine, Taurine and Citicoline alongside it. That’s where the real value lies.
The 8g Citrulline dose is excellent. The 5g Creatine dose is decent. The Betaine dose is strong, and I particularly like the inclusion of Tyrosine and Citicoline because they help support focus and concentration, not just physical performance.
This is definitely a product for people who take their training seriously.
If you’re training at 7pm and already drinking 5 coffees a day, this probably isn’t the product I’d reach for. The caffeine content is substantial, and I’d absolutely be reducing coffee and energy drink intake elsewhere in the day if I was using it regularly.
Personally, I see this as a ‘big session’ pre-workout. Heavy leg days, hard Hyrox/Crossfit sessions, big upper body sessions, competition preparation, or days where you really need to be switched on and at your best physically and mentally.
What I appreciate most is that it’s built around performance rather than just stimulation. That’s becoming increasingly rare in this category.
The Science:
International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand: safety and efficacy of creatine supplementation in exercise, sport, and medicine
Study: This comprehensive position stand reviewed the effectiveness and safety of creatine supplementation for strength, power, muscle mass and exercise performance.
Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, 2017
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28615996/
Creatine remains one of the most extensively researched and effective sports supplements available, consistently demonstrating improvements in strength, power output and training adaptations.
Citrulline malate enhances athletic anaerobic performance and relieves muscle soreness
Study: Researchers investigated whether citrulline malate supplementation could improve resistance exercise performance and recovery.
Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, 2010

Citrulline malate significantly increased repetitions performed during resistance exercise and reduced post-exercise muscle soreness, supporting its inclusion in performance-focused pre-workout formulas.
